Cancellation & refund policy

48-hour cancellation window

Stays booked through Elite Orbits can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a partial or full charge, depending on the host's individual policy shown on the listing at the time of booking.

Flights

Flight changes and cancellations follow the operating airline's fare rules, which are shown before you confirm a booking. Airline change/cancellation fees are set by the airline, not Elite Orbits.

Car rentals

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a one-day rental charge.
• No-shows are charged in full unless the rental company's own policy states otherwise.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
